6-(1-Methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3-((2-methyl-2H-indazol-5-yl)thio)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-B]pyridazine is a cMET inhibitor that blocks the activation of cMET. It has been shown to inhibit cancer cell growth mediated through the CXCR4 pathway. This drug is also an inhibitor of cMET and has been shown to inhibit cancer cell growth in vitro.
