Beschreibung:Setipafant is a prodrug that is reconstituted with solvents to form a diluent that can be used in the manufacture of medicines. It is a hydrophobic compound and can be used as a linker for drugs that are insoluble in water. Setipafant has been shown to lower blood pressure by reducing the peripheral vascular resistance and increasing cardiac output. This drug also inhibits nitric oxide release from vascular endothelial cells, which may contribute to its hypotensive effects.
