Beschreibung:YS-201 is a potent calcium antagonist that inhibits the influx of calcium ions into cells. It has been shown to inhibit the contractility of cardiac muscle and increase the heart's rate of contraction. YS-201 also has anti-inflammatory properties and inhibits the synthesis of inflammatory mediators, such as cytokines and prostaglandins. It also modulates potassium channels, which control the frequency and duration of action potentials in cardiac muscle cells. YS-201 has been shown to be effective in treating alopecia areata (hair loss) through inhibition of plasma protein synthesis. This drug also possesses potentiating activity, which is responsible for its ability to increase the potency of other drugs.
