(S)-Isotimolol is soluble in DMSO, ethanol, and acetone, with a solubility of 1 g/100 mL at 25°C. It is stable to hydrolysis by esterases and other enzymes.It has been shown to activate the beta-adrenergic receptor at micromolar concentrations.
