Produktinformation
- 4-Amino-3-nitrophenylboronic acid pinacol ester
2-Nitro-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)aniline is a water soluble probe that quenches the fluorescence of other probes. It has been used as a fluorescent probe for studying electron transfer and the permeability of interfaces. This compound is also used to study fluorescence in proteins. When 2-nitro-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)aniline attaches to a protein it can be excited by light at wavelengths between 350 and 450 nm and emits light at longer wavelengths. The quantum yield of this compound is 0.65.
