Beschreibung

N-[1-(S)-(-)-(1-Naphthyl)ethyl]-3-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1-aminopropane hydrochloride is an analytical reagent that is used in biological and pharmaceutical research. It is a potent inhibitor of parathyroid hormone release and has been shown to be a potential biomarker for hyperparathyroidism. The drug is also used as a control analysis in polymerase chain reaction experiments. When administered to animals, it has been shown to reduce the thermal expansion of cartilage tissue and increase the rate of bone resorption.
