• Beschreibung: Sel120-34A hydrochloride is an orally active anticancer agent that inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells and induces apoptosis. Sel120-34A hydrochloride has been shown to synergistically interact with venetoclax, a Bcl-2 inhibitor, in vitro and in vivo, resulting in potent inhibition of cancer cell growth. Sel120-34A hydrochloride also shows cytostatic effects on cancer cells. Sel120-34A hydrochloride inhibits histone H3 phosphorylation at serine 10 and serine 14, leading to transcriptional repression and subsequent cell death. Sel120-34A hydrochloride has been found to be effective in inhibiting the growth of colon cancer cells when applied as coatings or when exposed to light.
