The IC50 values for NCCXVII were determined to be 1.0 μM in a cell free assay and 10 nM in an intact cell assay. It has been shown that NCCXVII inhibits ligand binding to the Btk receptor with a Ki of 0.8 nM, suggesting that it is a competitive inhibitor of ATP binding to the kinase domain of Btk.
