Beschreibung:RP-54745 is a synthetic product that inhibits oxidative phosphorylation by inhibiting mitochondrial ATPase. This inhibitor has been shown to be effective in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, mental disorders and bowel disease. RP-54745 has also been shown to inhibit the synthesis of inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-6. It is thought that this inhibition may be due to the inhibition of the activity of cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase. RP-54745 also inhibits scleral blood vessels, which may be used for treatment of eye diseases such as retinal tissue inflammation.
