Produktinformation
Pargolol is a beta-adrenergic receptor agonist that is used as a research tool to study the activation of the beta-adrenergic receptors. It has been shown to activate these receptors at low concentrations and inhibit their activation at high concentrations. Pargolol also binds to other types of G protein-coupled receptors, such as the alpha 2A adrenergic receptor and the 5HT2A serotonin receptor. It has been found to have an affinity for ion channels, such as potassium channels and sodium channels, which are important in cell biology. In addition, pargolol can inhibit antibody production by human B cells in vitro. Pargolol can also be used to study protein interactions with peptides and proteins in life science research.
