Beschreibung

Apigenin-7-O-glucronide is a naturally occurring flavonoid with anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of colon cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner. Apigenin-7-O-glucronide also inhibits the migration of intestinal epithelial cells and promotes apoptosis, which may be due to its ability to inhibit 5-caffeoylquinic acid. This compound has been shown to have a pharmacokinetic profile that is similar to that of apigenin, suggesting that it could be used as an alternative for apigenin.
