Beschreibung

Loganin is a natural product that belongs to the group of phenylpropanoids. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antiproliferative activities. Loganin has been reported to inhibit tumor cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo. The compound is also an inhibitor of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) activation and NF-κB activation. Loganin is used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of loganin using preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
