2'-O-tert-Butyldimethylsilyluridine is a nucleoside that is used in DNA synthesis, antiviral research, and anticancer therapy. It is synthesized from 2'-deoxyuridine monophosphate (2'-dUMP) with the aid of a phosphoramidite coupling agent.
