Beschreibung:CNP-22 is a peptide that is an inhibitor of the protein interactions between the potassium channel Kv1.3 and its natural ligand, CNP-23, which is a member of the guanylate cyclase family of proteins. It has been shown to activate the potassium channel Kv1.2 in rat neurons, leading to increased neuronal excitability. CNP-22 has been used as a research tool for studying ion channels and receptors. The purified antibody can be used as an immunogen in preparing polyclonal or monoclonal antibodies against CNP-22.
