2',3'-Dideoxyadenosine-5'-triphosphate lithium salt is a novel antiviral nucleoside that has the potential to be used in the treatment of various viral infections. It is synthesized from 2',3'-dideoxyadenosine monophosphate and lithium salt, and has been shown to have high antiviral activity against DNA viruses such as herpes simplex virus and adenovirus.
