Produktinformation
- 4-Thiazolecarboxylic acid, 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-, ethyl ester
Butyrylcholine is an acetylcholine esterase inhibitor that is synthesized from ethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)thiazole-4-carboxylate. The synthesis method of butyrylcholine has not been fully elucidated, but it may be a result of the inhibition effect on the enzyme acetylcholinesterase. Butyrylcholine has been shown to inhibit the synthesis of acetylcholine and thus decrease nerve impulses in the body, which is beneficial for diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and myasthenia gravis.
