Beschreibung:RC-3095 is a guanine nucleotide-binding protein (G protein) antagonist that inhibits the activation of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). It has been shown to reduce oxidative injury and improve locomotor activity in an experimental model. RC-3095 also has anti-inflammatory effects, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the activity of matrix metalloproteinase 9, as well as its ability to modulate toll-like receptor signaling. RC-3095 also binds to polymerase chain reaction amplicons, allowing for the development of a new analytical method for screening and confirming the presence of mutations in genes associated with chronic arthritis.
