• Beschreibung: Guanosine-5'-[(b,gamma)-imido]triphosphate sodium salt is a novel antiviral agent that has been shown to inhibit the replication of human adenovirus type 5 (AdV-5) and herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1). It is phosphorylated by adenylate kinase to guanosine diphosphate. Guanosine-5'-[(b,gamma)-imido]triphosphate sodium salt is an activator for DNA polymerase alpha and DNA topoisomerase I. It also inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells in culture.
