KPI-10 has been shown to be active against clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii, Enterobacter aerogenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Serratia marcescens. This drug also has in vitro activity against Haemophilus influenzae and Moraxella catarrhalis.
