Beschreibung:LY 2087101 is a selective α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7NAChR) agonist that has been shown to have therapeutic potential in the treatment of inflammatory diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis. LY 2087101 binds to the α7NAChR and stimulates it, leading to the release of dopamine. This drug has been found to be beneficial in alleviating psychotic disorders and may be useful in treating nicotine addiction.
