Beschreibung

6-O-Sulfo-β-cyclodextrin is a complex carbohydrate that is synthesized by the sulfation of β-cyclodextrin with sodium sulfate. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and may be used in the treatment of inflammatory conditions. 6-O-Sulfo-β-cyclodextrin has also been shown to inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines, such as IL6, IL8, and TNFα, in human macrophages. It can be used for glycosylation reactions due to its high purity and low degree of modification. This product is not intended for medical use.
