Beschreibung

2,2,6-Trimethyl-6-vinyltetrahydropyran-3-ol (mixture of isomers) is an extract from the Chinese herb ganoderma lucidum. It has been shown to have antihistaminic activity in mice and inhibits the production of fatty acids in HL60 cells. 2,2,6-Trimethyl-6-vinyltetrahydropyran-3-ol (mixture of isomers) also has a conditioning agent effect on hair. This chemical composition can be used to treat skin conditions such as acne and dandruff. 2,2,6-Trimethyl-6-vinyltetrahydropyran-3-ol (mixture of isomers) also inhibits the growth of mosquitoes under light exposure and can be used as a mosquito repellent.
