Beschreibung:Des-Arg9-Bradykinin is a peptide that is structurally related to bradykinin. It is synthesized by removing the first two amino acids from the N terminus of bradykinin and replacing them with an acetyl group. It has been shown to have potent activity against inflammatory cells in vitro, including mast cell degranulation and histamine release. Des-Arg9-Bradykinin also inhibits the production of nitric oxide, which may be responsible for its anti-inflammatory effects.
