Beschreibung

2-Isopropylphenyl diphenyl phosphate-d10 is an alkylating agent that is used in the synthesis of sodium salts and as a retardant in agrochemical formulations. It is used to detect the presence of hydroxyl groups on proteins, which are involved in many biochemical pathways. 2-Isopropylphenyl diphenyl phosphate-d10 can be used to measure the viscosity of urine samples by adding sodium carbonate and boron nitride. The reaction occurs when alkanoic acid reacts with 2-isopropylphenyl diphenyl phosphate-d10 at a pH of 7.0, forming a white precipitate. This reaction can be monitored by measuring the absorbance of the colorless solution at 235 nm.
