Beschreibung:
1,2,3,6-Tetrahydro-pyridine-4-carboxylic acidhydrochloride is a potent and selective cyclase inhibitor that is used in the study of neurotransmitter release. 1,2,3,6-Tetrahydro-pyridine-4-carboxylic acidhydrochloride has been shown to have synergistic effects with other pharmacological agents such as isoguvacine and agonists. It also has shown to be an antagonist of the GABA receptor with a high affinity for this site. In addition to its use as a pharmacological agent, 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine 4-carboxylic acid hydrochloride has been studied for its effect on insect resistance and biochemical properties.
