• Beschreibung: 2'-Deoxy-5'-O-DMT-2'-fluoro-5-methyluridine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a novel antiviral agent that inhibits the synthesis of DNA, RNA, and proteins. It is synthesized by the reaction of 5-fluoro-2'-deoxyuridine with 2',3' -dideoxyadenosine 5'-O-(4,4'-dimethoxytrityl)-3',5' -cyanoethyl phosphate in an organic solvent. The product is purified by column chromatography and crystallized from ethyl acetate. 2'-Deoxy-5'-O-DMT-2'-fluoro-5-methyluridine 3'-CE phosphoramidite has been shown to be an anticancer agent against breast cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
