Beschreibung:2'-Deoxy-5'-O-DMT-inosine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is a novel, modified nucleoside monophosphate. It is an activator of antiviral and anticancer activities. It is synthesized by the condensation of 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine with 2-chloroethyl chloroformate followed by reaction with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and sodium cyanoborohydride in aqueous solution. The product was purified by silica gel column chromatography.
