It is an activator of nucleotides and nucleosides, which are important in DNA synthesis and RNA synthesis. This product is synthesized by the chemical modification of 6-fluorescein with the dT phosphoramidite group. The purity of this product has been determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis and found to be greater than 98%.
