Beschreibung

Treprostinil is a drug that belongs to the family of coumarin derivatives. It is used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension. Treprostinil has been shown to have long-term efficacy and it does not cause significant side effects. The drug has been tested for safety and efficacy in clinical trials with patients with congestive heart failure and HIV infection, as well as in models of diabetic neuropathy and Parkinson's disease.
