Produktinformation
4-(2-(4-Nitrophenoxy)ethyl)morpholine is a prodrug that can be metabolized by esterases to the active form, 4-nitrophenoxyacetic acid. It binds to the allosteric binding site of b-raf and inhibits the ATP binding site, which prevents activation of the kinase. The drug also has been shown to have anticancer activity in chronic myeloid leukemia cells. The structural analysis of 4-(2-(4-Nitrophenoxy)ethyl)morpholine has been optimized using imatinib as a template. This drug was found to bind with high affinity and specificity at the ATP binding site, which may lead to improved pharmacological properties.
