Beschreibung

SN 6 is a benzyloxyphenyl derivative that inhibits the uptake of acetylcholine in isolated heart ventricular myocytes. It has been shown to have a potent inhibitory effect on the uptake of acetylcholine in rat cardiomyocytes and wild-type mice. SN 6 also potently inhibited whole cell voltage-clamp experiments, which was due to its ability to block the sodium channel. SN 6 has high transport properties and can be detected by electron microscopy and nmr spectra.
