Beschreibung:Rheb inhibitor nr1 is a protein that inhibits the Rheb protein. It has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of proliferation and hyperproliferation in knockout mice, and can be used to study the role of Rheb in stem cell metabolism, tissues, and activin-induced erythropoiesis. This agent also inhibits hematopoietic stem cells from differentiating into different types of blood cells. Mechanistically, this inhibitor binds to the ATP-binding site of Rheb and prevents its activation by binding to the GTP-binding site.
