Beschreibung

Pulsatilloside E is a 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester that has neuroprotective effects. It can be used as an additive to analyze the effects of other additives on the quality of processed food. Pulsatilloside E was found to have significant effects on calibration, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of acetylcholine by blocking choline uptake. This compound also has antioxidant properties, inhibiting lipid peroxidation. The compound can be analyzed using chromatography and is soluble in acetonitrile. Pulsatilloside E has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, which may be due to its saponin content.
