Produktinformation
CM10 is a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) reagent that is designed to detect the presence of mycobacteria in human serum. CM10 amplifies DNA using primers that specifically bind to the 16S rRNA and 18S rRNA genes of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This product can be used for diagnosis, monitoring, and research purposes. CM10 has been shown to be effective in detecting mycobacteria in human serum, as well as other biological samples such as cerebrospinal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, and sputum. The concentration of CM10 is dependent on the type of sample being tested. For example, when testing cerebrospinal fluid or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, 1 ml of CM10 should be used per 10 ml of sample volume. When testing sputum, 1 ml of CM10 should be used per 2 ml of sample volume.
