• Beschreibung: G-36 is a drug that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of endometriotic lesions. It has been shown to significantly reduce the size of lesions, and improve the symptoms of pain, and dysmenorrhea. The mechanism of action may be due to its ability to inhibit 17β-estradiol synthesis, and therefore reduce the effects of estrogen on endometrial growth. G-36 has also been shown to have antiviral activity against influenza virus. G-36 is an oral inhibitor that targets nociceptors in the gastrocnemius muscle by binding to their sodium channels, which leads to a decrease in pain sensation. G-36 suppresses the transmission of stimuli from nociceptors, thereby preventing pain signals from being transmitted through nerves or spinal cord. G-36 may also have an effect on cell differentiation or proliferation because it was shown in mice that it can inhibit tumor growth.
