Eltanexor inhibits nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) and activator protein 1 (AP-1) pathways by inhibiting the activation of JAK2 V617F. This inhibition leads to decreased inflammatory cytokines production and inflammation, which may lead to cancer prevention.
