CK-666 is selective for colorectal adenocarcinoma cells, inhibiting their growth by blocking the actin cytoskeleton. This compound has been shown to be a low potency inhibitor of the Arp2/3 complex, but does have some inhibitory effects on other cancer cell lines, such as Caco-2 cells.
