• Beschreibung: FRETS-25-STD1 is a synthetic peptide that binds to and activates the TRPA1 receptor. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of the TRPA1 receptor in vitro, but has not been tested for in vivo activity. FRETS-25-STD1 competitively inhibits binding of various ligands to the TRPA1 receptor, including allyl isothiocyanate, cinnamaldehyde, and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid. FRETS-25-STD1 also inhibits activation of the TRPA1 receptor by agonists such as AITC or cinnamaldehyde.
