Beschreibung

AM-1638 is a fatty acid that has been shown to increase the production of insulin in pancreatic cells in vitro. It has also been shown to have long-term safety in mouse models and was well tolerated when orally administered to wild-type mice. AM-1638 is an alkanoic acid with high lipophilicity and low molecular weight that can be used as a molecule for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
