Beschreibung:3-(2H-indazol-3-ylformamido)propanoic acid is a potent and selective activator of the human TRPA1 ion channel. It has been shown to inhibit the activation of TRPA1 by allyl isothiocyanate, cinnamaldehyde, and piperine in HEK293 cells. 3-(2H-Indazol-3-ylformamido)propanoic acid also inhibits the binding of an antibody to a peptide ligand. This compound binds to a receptor that is activated by an endogenous ligand.
