It inhibits the growth of cancer cells by blocking cell cycle progression at various stages, including G1, S, and G2 phases. Isotaraxerol also inhibits proliferation of HCT116 human colon cancer cells by inhibiting cell cycle progression from G0/G1 phase to S phase.
