Beschreibung

2'-Deoxyguanosine monohydrate is a novel, modified deoxyribonucleoside that can be used for the treatment of cancer. It is synthesized from 2'-deoxyguanosine 5'-monophosphate and phosphoramidite by reacting with ammonia in DMF at room temperature.
