Beschreibung:Bacitracin is a polypeptide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis by binding to the lipid II precursor. The biological activity of bacitracin F is sensitive to pH and can be inhibited by hydroxide solution or hydrochloric acid.
