Applications Potassium trimethylsilanolate is widely used in synthetic chemistry as a nucleophilic agent. Potassium Trimethylsilanolate is also used as a catalyst in the cyclization of diphenyldiaminosilane with organosilanes (such as dichlorophenylsilane).
