CAS:Itraconazole is an anti-fungal drug that inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, a component of the fungal cell membrane. It also has been shown to have a glucose-lowering effect in the treatment of acute leukemia and may be used to diagnose hematopoietic stem cell or leukemia. Itraconazole is available as an oral tablet and can be administered for primary care in patients with wild-type strains of Aspergillus fumigatus, Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Histoplasma capsulatum, and Trichophyton mentagrophytes. The drug binds to ergosterol in the fungal cell membrane and prevents it from being inserted into the membrane. This decreases the permeability of the plasma membrane, causing leakage of cellular contents.Formel:C35H38Cl2N8O4Reinheit:Min. 98.5 Area-%Farbe und Form:White PowderMolekulargewicht:705.63 g/molITRACONAZOLE CRS
