• Beschreibung: Tissue RNA Extraction Mini kit is a research kit used for isolation of RNA from wide variety of tissue specimens. The kit combines the selective binding properties of a silica gel- based membrane, with the speed of micro spin. The sample is lysed under highly denaturing conditions, to ensure release of intact RNA. Buffering conditions are then adjusted to provide optimum binding of the RNA to the column and the sample is loaded on to a spin column. The RNA binds to the membrane and contaminants are efficiently washed away using two different wash buffers. High quality RNA is eluted in a special buffer, ready for direct usage and storage. The Purified RNA is free of protein, nucleases and other contaminants and inhibitors
