Additionally, Ki11502 induces apoptosis and exhibits significant antiproliferative effects against specific leukemia subgroups, including those with Imatinib-resistant mutations. It is particularly suitable for studying the role of PDGF in vascular diseases and the involvement of proteoglycans in atherosclerosis.
