Applications 1,3-Diaminopropane is a common chemical reagent, used in the synthesis of 7-methoxytacrine-adamantylamine heterodimers as cholinesterase inhibitors applied in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. Also used in the synthesis of thrombosis inhibitors.
