Applications Ethyl 2-Isopropylacetoacetate is a reactant in the preparation of nonracemic arylhydroxymethylpyrrolidinylmethylphenyl thiazoleacetamides and cyclopentathiazolecarboxamides as conformationally restricted β3-adrenoceptor agonists as a potential treatment for overactive bladder.
