Beschreibung

Applications 5-[(4-Ethylphenyl)methylene]-2-thioxo-4-thiazolidinone is a c-Myc inhibitor that specifically inhibits c-Myc-Max interaction, function and prevents transactivation of c-Myc target gene expression. The use of 5-[(4-Ethylphenyl)methylene]-2-thioxo-4-thiazolidinone is a potential antileukamic approach due to its affects on multiple cellular activities in acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
